The 2020 Red Dirt Mud Run was scheduled for May 9th, but due to Covid-19 and the Governor of Texas' Executive Order limiting groups of 10 or larger, we had to postpone. We hoped by October these requirements would have been lifted and we would be able to hold the event. However, this seems to not be the case.
Therefore, the 2020 Red Dirt Mud Run is now cancelled. The Nacogdoches Jaycees are a non-profit, 501c4, organization. The funds from our events are used to help local non-profit organizations in need. This year has hit our finances greatly. All of our fundraising events to-date have been cancelled due to Covid-19.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you attend the 2021 Red Dirt Mud Run in the spring (date TBD).
There is no mud worse than RED MUD!!! Come try your skills at the Red Dirt Mud Run, brought to you by the Nacogdoches Jaycees. Prepare to get muddy. This course is a combination open pasture (on an abandoned horse track) and Wooded Trails with tons of scenery. Fear not, we have modified the routes for every level (beginner, advanced and HARDCORE). Don't miss out on this RED DIRT Fun: OCTOBER 3rd 2020.
